Randstad is a Dutch multinational human resource consulting firm headquartered in Diemen, Netherlands (stylised as ‘randstad’). Their current software-based recruitment application used by consultants globally was in need of a re-brand and updated technology. Specifically, randstad was looking to develop a responsive web-based application that offered much of the same features as the current application, but with improved usability, mobility, and interface.

I was hired to:

(i) re-style the application keeping in mind that the style I develop would serve as the brand foundation for their ecosystem of applications going forward; and
(ii) improve the overall user experience of the application.

I worked with 3 BAs across 3 development squads to create the new application. User workshops and continual feedback from 5 persona groups were essential in developing and optimising the new application.

I developed a UI Kit with all design patterns and assisted the developers with code styling for these new design patterns.
